How We Coach
Form First, Always
We scale every movement. Whether you're a D1 athlete or touched a dumbbell for the first time today, you'll get the right version of every exercise.
We Know Your Name
In a class of 20, anonymity isn't an option. We'll call you out when you're slacking and celebrate when you PR. That's the deal.
Programmed, Not Random
Every week is programmed with progressive overload in mind. Monday's work builds on Friday's. It's not random — it's designed to get you results.
Recovery Is Part of the Plan
We actively encourage rest days. Power Yoga on Sundays isn't an add-on — it's built into the weekly rhythm to help your body rebuild.
